• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

⏰ Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery: 4–7 working days (within India)
• Metro cities may receive faster delivery.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer.
• Any unexpected courier delays are beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[amount].
• Standard shipping fee applies for orders below this value, displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an extra charge.

📍 Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can track your package using the link provided.

🚫 Undelivered Packages

• If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address / no response, the package will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping will be done at the customer’s cost.
