Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing any return.
- Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized jewelry (like engraved items)
- Downloadable digital content
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Products bought on clearance or final sale
Partial Refunds May Be Granted
In specific cases, partial refunds may apply:
- Items with visible signs of wear
- Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Processing may take a few business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we receive the returned item.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
